Penny Bray Makes Over 1500 Visits to a Client Since 2006.

In September of 2006, Penny Bray was hired as a caregiver for Angel Senior Home Solutions, Inc.  “I remember meeting Penny for the first time during her orientation,” said Administrator Susan Jordan. “When I asked everyone to introduce and share something special about themselves, she modestly just said her name and then stated, ‘There is nothing special about me.’ It was then that I thought to myself, I need to watch this one. She truly has a servant’s heart.” 

In October of 2006, Bray was chosen to work with Gus and LaVeda Schmid because Angels Senior Home Solutions’ Management Team felt that her skills and personality would complement the client’s dementia care needs. It also was a benefit that Bray lived near the Schmids’ farm. “When placing caregivers in a home, we work hard to match not only skills but personalities with client needs. And after Penny met Gus and LaVeda, it was clear that LaVeda and Penny were a match made in heaven.
